[ 01 ]Expertise

Eight practices. One engineering ethos.

Most engagements pull from three or four of these disciplines at once — a RAG system that ships inside a Salesforce-integrated internal tool, an AI agent that drives a customer-facing mobile app, an ERP migration that ends with a new web platform on top.

01

Web Platforms

Marketing sites, SaaS dashboards, e-commerce, and content platforms — built on Next.js, TypeScript, and edge-first infrastructure.

  • Next.js 16 / React 19
  • Edge & streaming SSR

02

Mobile Apps

Native-grade iOS and Android apps with shared TypeScript logic — shipped to App Store and Play in weeks, not quarters.

  • React Native / Expo
  • Offline-first sync
  • Store deployments

03

AI Automation

Workflow automation that removes repetitive work — document processing, enrichment, routing, and decisioning across your stack.

  • LLM orchestration
  • Tool-using agents
  • Human-in-the-loop

04

RAG Systems

Retrieval-augmented pipelines over your private data — with evals, observability, and retrieval quality you can defend.

  • Vector + hybrid search
  • Evals & guardrails
  • Source-grounded answers

05

AI Agents

Multi-step agents that read, decide, and act across your tools — deployed behind your auth, with audit trails by default.

  • Tool / function calling
  • Memory & state
  • Tracing & evals

06

B2B Internal Tools

Operations consoles, admin panels, and internal workflows that your team actually wants to use — built fast, maintained for years.

  • Admin & ops consoles
  • Approval workflows
  • Role-based access

07

ERP · Salesforce · Frappe

Scalable enterprise integrations across Salesforce, Frappe / ERPNext, and custom ERPs — synchronizing data, automating operations.

  • Salesforce Cloud + API
  • Frappe / ERPNext
  • Custom ERP bridges

08

Cloud & DevOps

Production-grade infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and Azure — IaC, CI/CD, observability, and cost governance baked in.

  • Terraform / Pulumi
  • Kubernetes & serverless
  • SRE & on-call

[ 02 ]How we work

A process built to de-risk software — not to bill for it.

Most software projects fail in the gaps between teams — between brief and build, between build and launch, between launch and operations. Our process is designed to make those gaps visible and short.

01
Week 1

Discovery & brief

We pressure-test the problem before any code is written. Stakeholder interviews, success metrics, technical constraints, and a written brief that everyone signs off on. You leave the first week knowing exactly what we're building and why.

Project briefSuccess metricsRisks & unknowns
02
Week 2–3

Architecture & design

System diagrams, data models, API contracts, and a clickable design system. We pick the boring, proven technology for the 80% and reserve novelty for the 20% that actually differentiates your product.

03
Ongoing

Build in two-week cycles

Short iterations, working software every two weeks, demos that you can poke at in staging. No surprise reveals — you see progress continuously and can re-prioritize the backlog every sprint.

04
Handoff →

Launch & operate

Production rollout with feature flags, observability dashboards, and runbooks. We stay on for the first 30–90 days of operation, then hand over a codebase and docs your team can own with confidence.

[ Principles ]

Four things we refuse to compromise on.

These aren't slogans — they're the operating principles we apply to every architecture decision, every code review, and every conversation with a client.

I.

Architecture is a deliverable

Diagrams, contracts, and decisions are documented artifacts — not side effects of writing code. Future-you should be able to understand why, not just what.

II.

Boring tech for the 80%

We pick proven, well-supported tools for the bulk of every system and reserve novelty for the 20% that actually differentiates your product. Boring scales; clever breaks.

III.

Evals before opinions

Every AI system ships with an eval suite running in CI. We measure retrieval quality, agent accuracy, and latency — and we promote changes against numbers, not vibes.

IV.

You own everything

Your repo. Your cloud. Your secrets. Your runbooks. We are a temporary extension of your team — never a vendor you can't leave.

Operators, CTOs, and product leaders on the record.

TM rebuilt our customer portal in eight weeks and shipped a RAG assistant on top of it. The assistant alone removed 40% of tier-1 support tickets in the first month.

The Frappe integration finally gave our finance and ops teams a single source of truth. TM's documentation was good enough that our internal team took over with zero hand-holding.

We've worked with three agencies before TM. The difference is they treat the architecture as a deliverable, not a side effect. Our platform is finally maintainable.

Their AI agent handles document classification and routing for our back office. It just works — and when it doesn't, the evals surface the regression before we do.

Questions, answered.

The eight questions we hear most often in early conversations. Don't see yours? Drop it in the form below — we usually reply within one business day.

Most engagements start with a 1–2 week paid discovery, where we pressure-test the brief, define success metrics, and produce a written architecture. From there we ship in two-week cycles against a shared backlog — you see working software every fortnight and can re-prioritize at any sprint boundary. Fixed-scope projects are available for well-defined work; most long partnerships run on a dedicated-team model.

Yes — about half our engagements are co-development, where we embed alongside your in-house engineers. We bring senior architecture, design, and delivery capacity; your team owns domain knowledge and long-term maintenance. We document everything and structure the work so your team can take over with confidence, usually within 30–90 days of launch.

Yes. We've built bidirectional sync between Salesforce and custom platforms, migrated operations onto Frappe / ERPNext, and written bridges for legacy on-prem ERPs. We treat integrations as first-class engineering: schema mappings are documented, idempotent where possible, and monitored in production with replayable logs.

Every AI system we ship has an eval suite — golden questions, regression tests, and production traces — running in CI before any model change is promoted. For RAG systems we measure retrieval quality (recall@k, precision) separately from generation quality. For agents we log every tool call and decision so failures are debuggable, not mysterious.

Our core team is distributed across India, Europe, and North America, giving us follow-the-sun coverage for most clients. We staff each engagement with at least 2 hours of overlap with your working hours, and we hold a weekly demo at a time that works for you. We've shipped projects for clients in 40+ countries.

Discovery is a fixed fee, typically 1–2 weeks of senior time. Build engagements are usually a dedicated team at a monthly rate — you get a specific team composition (e.g. 1 tech lead, 2 senior engineers, 1 designer, 0.5 PM) and a clear capacity number. For smaller scopes we offer fixed-bid quotes. Exact numbers depend on stack, complexity, and timeline; share your brief and we'll come back with a written estimate within 48 hours.

You do — fully, from day one. Code lives in your repository, infrastructure in your cloud account, and credentials in your secret manager. We operate as a temporary extension of your team with full transparency. On handoff you receive runbooks, architecture documentation, and a 30-day support window to smooth the transition.

We stay on for the first 30–90 days to operate the system, respond to incidents, and tune performance. After that, most clients move to a smaller retainer for ongoing improvements, or hand over fully to their internal team. We don't lock anyone in — the goal is a system your team owns and can evolve.
